Woonsocket, R.I.-based CVS/ Caremark Corp. has purchased three adjacent parcels located at 366 Whalom Road, 454 Electric Ave., and 6 Kirby Ave. in Lunenburg.

CVS plans to build a 12,900-square-foot pharmacy on the assembled land to relocate a nearby store. Construction is slated to begin this fall with anticipated completion next spring.
