Lynn Community Health Center has leased an additional 5,000 square feet at the Suites at 23 Central in Lynn, bringing the health center's total footprint to more than 18,000 square feet.

Stephen Whalen and Gary Kelley of CRG Management worked closely with Lori Berry, executive director of Lynn Community Health Center in expanding the organization’s presence. CRG Management manages the modernized 94-year old facility in Central Square.

Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
