Semprus Biosciences has leased 9,681 square feet to relocate and expand its headquarters to One Kendall Square, Building 1400 in Cambridge.

The move is planned for October.

Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Semprus Biosciences in the transaction, working with The Beal Cos., the landlord.  DTZ FHO Partners assisted The Beal Cos. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
