Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a national real estate firm, has renewed its lease and expanded its retail presence at The Pride Building in Hingham.

The firm expanded its retail space on the first floor at 56 South St. to 3,009 square feet, and renewed its office lease for 1,814 square feet on the second floor.

Representing the landlord, Hingham Square LLC, was broker Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Cos. of Quincy.

The Pride Building is home to several retail and office tenants including Brewed Awakenings, Nona's Ice Cream, Worldwide Travel and Roth & Seelen Architects. There remains 1,519 square feet of office space available in the building.
