Koko Fitness, a developer of fitness software and hardware, has leased 5,138 square feet of office space at 300 Ledgewood Place in Rockland. 

The company will move its headquarters to the new site from 136 Longwater Drive in Norwell in October.

Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, F.P. Giglio Enterprises, in the transaction. Koko Fitness was represented by DTZ FHO Partners. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
