Boathouse Group Inc. has leased 14,237 square feet of office space for its headquarters at 48 Woerd Ave. in Waltham, and H&R Block has leased 16,901 square feet to relocate its office at 10 Fawcett St. in Cambridge to 170 Lexington Road in Billerica. 

Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Boathouse Group in the Waltham transaction and both H&R Block and CrossHarbor Capital Partners, the landlord, in the relocation transaction. The landlord of 48 Woerd Ave., Intercontinental Real Estate Corp., was represented in-house by Scott Kelly. 

Specifics of both lease transactions were not disclosed.
