Architectural and engineering firm CBI Consulting of Boston has been named project manager for several projects with the Wellesley Public School system.
 
The approximate construction budget for the projects is $10 million. The scope includes five roof replacements, boiler replacements, numerous window replacements, ceiling abatement and fire sprinkler installation at five of Wellesley’s elementary schools.
 
CBI Consulting is slated to complete three of the five roof replacement projects this summer, with the balance of all work set for completion over the next two years.
