Architectural and interior design firm Margulies & Assoc. of Boston has completed the design of a new headquarters facility for global services firm Sapient in the Back Bay.
 
Sapient has more than 320 employees based at its new Boston headquarters at 131 Dartmouth St. in the Back Bay. Relocating from space in Cambridge, Sapient faced a tight timeframe and limited budget to renovate 36,000 square feet of existing office space. Margulies & Assoc. designed and delivered the project in three months.
 
StructureTone was the general contractor for the project. Corporate Project Partners assisted Sapient with many tasks associated with the design, construction and relocation. Office Environments was the furniture vendor.
