Columbia Construction Co. recently broke ground for a new 335,000-square-foot corporate campus located at 175-185 Wyman St. in Waltham.

In preconstruction for nearly a year, the entire 175-185 Wyman St. complex will be designed to meet green building standards, the company said.

The existing 335,000-square-foot building will be demolished and 90 percent of the steel, concrete and masonry will be recycled.
