STAG Capital Partners, a real estate firm based in Boston, has acquired a 250,000-square-foot property in Rural Hall, N.C.

The property, located on a 17.44-acre site, was sold by Highwood Limited Partnership. The seller was represented by John Schultz and Hap Royster from Triad Commercial Properties. The purchase price was not disclosed. 

Built in 1993, the building is fully leased to Sonoco Products Co., which provides industrial and consumer packaging products, and packaging services worldwide.
