Glickman Kovago & Co. has brokered the sale of Lot 3 Pioneer Drive in Oxford.

The 1.47-acre parcel was purchased by Sunny Hill Realty of Leicester for $175,000. The seller was Pioneer Corporate Park of Oxford.

Sunny Hill will construct a facility to accommodate their expansion of R & P Woodworking Inc., a custom furniture manufacturing company.
