Formerly the home of Lakeview Auctions, 130 Ferry St. in Grafton has been sold to the Patricia Brosnihan Dance Center of Hopkinton for $312,500.

The 4,200-square-foot property will be used as an expanded and second location for the dance studio.
The buyer, 130 Ferry Street LLC, purchased the property from the owners of Lakeview Auctions.

Jeff Borus, vice president at Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Co., represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.
