Millennium Partners – Boston has signed leases for approximately 75,000 square feet and has commitments in hand for an additional 25,000 square feet of office space at 179 Lincoln St. in Boston.
Initial tenants at the 220,000-square-foot, newly renovated office building include The TriZetto Group, a health care software developer; Bovis Lend Lease LMB, a project management and construction company; and PowerAdvocate Inc., an energy consulting firm.
The TriZetto Group, which will relocate to the building from the Hancock Tower, is a developer of software and services for the health care payer industry. The company will occupy 31,000 square feet at the property and was represented by Brian Smallman, vice-president at Jones Lang LaSalle.
PowerAdvocate leased 22,000 square feet and was represented by Senior Vice President Kristin Blount and Vice President Patrick Buckley; Bovis Lend Lease also leased 22,000 square feet and was also represented by Blount and Executive Vice President Ron Perry, all from Colliers Meredith & Grew.
The CBRE Team of Tim Lyne, executive vice president/partner, David Fitzgerald, executive vice president/partner and Taidgh McClory, vice president, represented Millennium Partners – Boston in the transactions.
