Builder BOJ Construction of Boston has signed a 4,702-square-foot lease at A. W. Perry’s 85 Research Road in South Shore Park in Hingham. 

BOJ also has locations in Plymouth and Boston. South Shore Park, developed by A.W. Perry, has a total of 31,200 square feet.
