Commercial real estate owner and property manager KS Partners of Billerica has signed two new tenants at properties in Woburn and Westborough in deals totaling more than 24,000 square feet.

The company leased 20,519 square feet of office space at its 2200 West Park Drive property in Westborough, to Boston-Power Inc. The deal represents a 12,042-square-foot expansion and long-term extension for Boston-Power.

The company has also leased 4,227 square feet of office space at its 130 New Boston St. property in Woburn to Shaser Inc.

For both transactions Jim Grady, vice president/director of leasing for KS Partners, represented the landlord, KS Partners. In the Boston-Power deal, Grady was assisted by Bob McGuire of CB Richard Ellis. David Ross of CresaPartners represented Boston-Power. Matthew Daniels and Mike Zieja of Meredith & Grew represented Shaser Inc.
