Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins of New York has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of purchasers of Framingham-based contractor and developer Perini Corp.’s common stock during the period between Nov. 2, 2006 and Jan. 17, 2008.

According to the complaint, during the period of November 2006 and January this year, Perini issued materially false and misleading statements that misrepresented and failed to disclose company information, specifically, the complaint focuses on Las Vegas projects Perini was involved with that were later found to be under funded and at risk of default.
